At myadvancedoptical.com, we offer you a meticulously designed website where it’s easier for customer and patients to get access to our products, services, online and in-store. We’re committed to provide some of the most amazing services in optometry for example eye examination. Remember our eyes are very delicate parts that require frequent check-ups. Routine examinations enable doctors to detect eye disorders at an early stage, making treatment easier.

We reserve the authority, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of the Terms (collectively, “Changes”), at any time. We may notify you of changes by posting a Revised Version of the Terms incorporating the changes to its Website. For accessing the website and using certain Resources, you’ll be required to supply specific information and to make a user ID and password to determine an account. ORDERING ONLINE

All the purchases from our sites shall be governed by our terms and conditions. If you make an Order for buying any product or service from our sites. At the time of order, while providing your details you must be careful and warrant that the information provided is true and accurate. You will only be charged as soon as you select product, quantity, shipping information, and enter your payment information. Payment mode shall be: After payment is received for the glasses we will place the order and after that, it takes there weeks for the order to be completed. In regards to glasses orders, we have an exclusive way of making the perfect custom glasses just right for you and avoiding errors by 98%.First we always ask our customers to try on the frame before processing any order for lenses. We offer two ways to our customer for trying on the frames, through an office try-on or home try-on. Any order to purchase a product that you place with us is subject to acceptance by us. Ordering special details of contacts and vitamins ordered online through us please check the terms of services and returns in myadvancedoptical.myeyestore.com. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at support@myadvancedoptical.com. The refund shall be applicable as per our Refund Policy. We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

 OFFICE TRY-ON:

Our customer picks their favorites frames through our glasses online site www.myadvancedeyeglasses.com. We will make an appointment with our opticians so our customer can come in to our office, try-on the frames get all the professional advice on fit and lenses they needed. We may ask our customer for a picture with the frame chosen so that we can make their lenses. The picture is required in order to use our patented photo measurement technology, which is going to reduce errors by 98% in the process of making the customer’s lenses.

HOME TRY-ON:

Advanced optical offers home try-on, meaning, customers can go online and choose up to four of their favorite frames. We’ll ship them with temporary non Rx lenses to their homes for a small fee. Customers must take a selfie in their frame and ship them back with our return label. We’ll use patented photo measurement technology to make their lenses just right. Customer will have our professional advice on frame fit and lenses via email, phone, or video chat. When we receive the frames from our customers, we will contact them via email and send a final order price. The fee charged for the home try-on will be applied to the actual final order as discount, after the frames are received. The home try-on fee is not refundable if the customer decides not to continue with the order. If for any reason the customer doesn’t like any of the frames that they chose for home try-on, they can return them, no photo needed.  Then they can choose another frame but the home try-on process will start over, meaning another home try-on fee will be charged. There is a period time for home try-on of 30 days.  After those 30 days, if we have not received those frames, we may charge your credit card for the full amount of each pair of frames. If the frames that are returned are damaged, we may charge your credit card for the full amount of each pair of frames that are damaged.

Our try-on method process of making the customer’s lenses takes 3 weeks for the complete glasses order to be ready.   If for our customer doesn’t want wait for three weeks, we can skip the try-on process only if we already have all the measurements needed for making the lenses, which either the customer provides these measurements or if we ones we already have from previous orders. If we have the type of lenses in stock that our customer needs in our office, we can offer an express order for an extra fee.

  • Any order to purchase a product that you place with us is subject to acceptance by us.

  •  We may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
  1. Your card or PayPal account does not give authorization for the payment of the purchase price.

  • The refund shall be applicable as per our Refund Policy.

  • We reserve the proper for any printing errors on this site as well because of the final sales of products. We don’t guarantee that the pictures reflect the precise appearance of the products as a particular color difference may occur counting on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to show the products as accurately as possible.
  • Patients will have the option to pick some frames online, we will send those frames to the patient’s home so they can try on them. The patient has to return those frames so we can make the lenses receive.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION

We reserve the right, to limit the usage or supply of any service to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may use this right as per necessity. We reserve the right to suspend any Service at any time. Any offer to provide any Service made on this Website is invalid where banned.

 USER RESPONSIBILITIES

ASSIGNMENT

We shall have the right to assign/transfer this agreement to any third party including our holding, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, and group companies, without any consent of the User.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. This return and refund policy does not apply to our in-store prescription check services or optical office services and products. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our Office (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers, unless our customer is member of the monthly plan glasses patient plan (please see plan Glasses details terms and condition)

We will ask the customer to send the product back to our Office (a full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. Exchange/Refund of the damaged item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:

Eligibility for Return:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase, order number. The product must be returned within 45 days of delivery.
  • We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.
  • All customers must contact us via email support@myadvancedoptical.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
  •  Advanced optical will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to support@myadvancedoptical.com

Please keep mind that due time involved and the custom nature of eyewear we can only make a 50% refund. Custom glasses made to one customer’s Rx cannot be reused by another customer, for all those reasons we cannot offer full refunds.

After confirmation of the order, you are not allowed to request a refund of the order that has been sending to process the lens.

Note: Myadvancedoptical.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, support@myadvancedoptical.com we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Customer and patient who are subscribe to our monthly patient glasses plan are allow to receive a refund of the 70% of the purchase of a pair of glasses outside of the ones that the our plan covers within the 30 days after delivery.

If our members of our monthly subscription plan are not satisfied with the frame received and they can always exchange it for another one within the 30 days of delivery. They must notify us via email support@myadvancedoptical.com

SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (www.myadvancedoptical.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.

All orders are shipped through our courier partners. After payment is received for the glasses we will place the order and after that, it takes two weeks for the order to be completed.-
